Интеграционный экзамен для мигрантов в Великобритании

Abstract

Всё больше государств вводит интеграционные испытания для мигрантов. Первоначально языковые, а затем и страноведческие тесты применялись к претендентам на гражданство, но с течением времени круг лиц, обязанных проходить тестирование, расширялся и продолжает расширяться. С 1 января 2015 г. подобное тестирование вводит и Россия. В этом контексте анализ опыта других государств является чрезвычайно полезным. Настоящая статья раскрывает правовые основы введения экзамена в России и опыт Великобритании в той же сфере.

More and more states introduce integration tests for migrants. At the beginning, these tests, initially language tests only, but further civic tests, as well, were applied to candidates for citizenship, however with time passing the list of obliged persons was widened and continues to widen. Starting from January 1, 2015, such testing is introduced in Russia, too. Against this background, analysis of different states experience becomes more and more useful. The present article reveals legal basis for integration examination in Russia and the experience of the Great Britain in the mentioned field.
