на розкритті співвідношення понять «стабільність» та «нестабільність» та визначення на цій основі критеріїв стабільності правового
життя. This article is dedicated to the study of the nature and meaning of stability notion in the light of legal life of society. There are analyzed views of various scholars on the definition of «stability» and other related notions. Research attention is also focused on disclosure interrelations of this notion with others and on determination on these basis criteria of stability legal life. |
