Вдосконалення організаційної структури підприємства в сучасних умовах

Abstract

В статті розглянуто основні проблеми розвитку організаційної структури підприємства, дано оцінку можливості реалізації самодіагностики як дієвого та найбільш доступного методу вдосконалення організаційної системи управління в умовах структурної перебудови та глобалізації економіки. Зазначено фактори, що мають бути враховані при прийнятті рішень про внесення коректив в організаційну структуру, запропоновано етапи оптимізації організаційної структури підприємства. Вказано завдання вдосконалення організаційної структури системи, прийняття та реалізації яких спрямовано на забезпечення економічного і соціального розвитку організації. Ключові слова: організаційна структура управління, система управління, методи удосконалення організаційних структур, самодіагностика, резерви підвищення ефективності організаційних структур управління.

The article deals with the main issues of developing the organizational structure of an enterprise, evaluates the possibility to conduct self-diagnosis as an available and most efficient way of improving the organizational system of management under the conditions of structural reformation and global economy. The author specifies the factors that have to be taken into account in the process of making decisions on introducing changes into the organisational structure, suggests stages to optimize the organizational structure of a company. Furthermore, tasks are set out to improve the organizational structure of the system. Their adoption and realization is directed at maintaining the economic and social development of the organization.
