Конституційний принцип рівності як гарантія забезпечення прав та свобод людини і громадянина

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню поняття та змісту конституційного принципу рівності як нормативно-правової гарантії реалізації прав та свобод людини і громадянина. Проаналізовано різні підходи вчених щодо визначення поняття та структури даного принципу. Розкрито деякі аспекти забезпечення конституційного принципу рівності у реалізації окремих прав та свобод людини і громадянина в Україні.

The article is dedicated to covering the concept and content of the constitutional principle of equality as the normative and legal guarantees of realization of rights and freedoms of the human and the citizen. There were analyzed various approaches of the scientists concerning the definition of the notion and structure of this principle. There were some aspects revealed concerning realization of the constitutional principles of equality in realization of certain rights and freedoms of the human and the citizen in Ukraine.
