| Abstract: | The analysis of availability of primary health care institutions in the regions of Ukraine and provision of the population with the positions of doctors of general practice - family doctors, the availability of these positions and the level of their staffing is presented. The availability of positions of junior specialists with medical education at rural health posts (RHP) and their level of staffing is analyzed as well. The low level of staffing of general practitioners-family doctors with a reliable difference of this indicator by region is shown. It was noted that this situation reason is the lack of motivation in medical workers. |
