| Description: | The use of ultrasound in obtaining soil extracts for evaluation of water-soluble, exchange and potentially mobile forms of Mn (II) and Mn (IV) is suggested. The content of Mn (II) is much greater than the amount of Mn (IV) in each sample of soil regardless of method of obtaining extracts is found. The concentration of mobile forms of manganese at agrochemical methods may get 3-5 minutes ultrasonic treatment, which significantly reduces sample preparation time. It is shown that the total concentration of different soluble forms of elements in selected samples of soil is closed to their summary content. |
