| Description: | Coordination compounds of Zinc(II) and Cadmium(II) with hydrazide of 2-chlorbenzen acid have been synthesized from water-etanol or etanol solutions. The composition and structure were studied by the methods of element analysis, NMR and IR-spectroscopy. It was observed that Zinc and Cadmium hydrazide of 2-chlorbenzen acid is crystallizing in amidohydrazone form at pH=4-5. The bacteriocidal Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter bauman., Pseudomonas aerug. Streptococcus pn., Sarcina fl. and Bacil. Subtilis activity of investigated complex to strains of microorganisms and bacteriostatic to E. Coli, Salmonella typh, Klebsiella pn., MRSA, Enterobacter cl, and Proteus m. was found. |
