Зміни в організаційному та правовому полі Європарламенту після розширення ЄС

Abstract

У статті розглядаються організаційні аспекти діяльності Європейського Парламенту, зміни в організаційному та правовому полі після найбільшого за всю історію розширення Європейського Союзу. Зосереджується увага на особливості внутрішньої структури Європейського парламенту як законодавчого органу Європейського Союзу. Показано, що за своєю внутрішньою організаційною структурою та порядком роботи Європейський Парламент на сучасному етапі європейської міждержавної інтеграції є максимально наближеним у структурній, розпорядчій та номінаційній площинах до класичного парламенту національної держави як обраного народом вищого представницького органу.

In the process of examining the structure and functioning of the European Parliament, it can be concluded that it is an important supranational body of the European Union with a considerable amount of authority, which has real leverage on processes occurring not only on the European continent, but throughout the world. At the same time, it is the only institution in the system of bodies of the European Union that is directly elected by citizens, in accordance with the EU Treaty. The European Parliament at the present stage of European interstate integration is as close as possible in structural, regulatory and nomination plane to the classical parliament of a nation-state as a supreme representative body of the European Parliament. The growing role of supranational bodies of the European Union in the development and re the EU's common policy after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, gave a strong impetus to further transformations with a deepening of the integration component.
