Сутість та основні ознаки геополітичних стратегій

Abstract

Стаття націлена на систематизацію наукових підходів щодо основних ознак, які визначають зміст феномену геополітичної стратегії. Дослідження здійснено із застосуванням методу систематизації, що дало змогу виокремити та визначити основні сутнісні ознаки, враховані в трактуваннях, сформулювати певні наукові напрями (підходи) щодо вказаної проблематики. Основні наукові підходи щодо трактування визначені залежно від сутнісних ознак, які є визначальними відповідно до поглядів автора. Серед таких ознак виділено: ознаку реалізації геополітичних інтересів суб’єктів міжнародного простору; ознаку забезпечення просторових переваг на міжнародній арені; ознаку здатності країни реалізувати власні геополітичні інтереси на міжнародній арені; ознаку використання військової сили країни у зовнішньому просторовому вимірі країни як орієнтиру розвитку геостратегії; ознаку використання невійськових засобів у зовнішньому просторовому вимірі країни як орієнтир розвитку геостратегії; ознаку розвитку феномену геостратегії як напряму геополітики держави; ознаку змінюваності характеру, залежно від владних управлінських рішень. З урахуванням зазначеного переліку ознак здійснено розробку авторського підходу до трактування сутності досліджуваного феномену геостратегії. Доведено, що представлене визначення має наукову новизну, оскільки вперше в його визначенні враховано основні сутнісні ознаки, які враховують тенденції наукової думки та відповідають розвитку цього феномену.

The essence and main features of geopolitical strategies. The article aims to systematize scientific approaches to the main features that determine the content of the phenomenon of geopolitical strategy, and to define its universal interpretation, which will take into account their composition and characteristics. The following tasks are allocated for the realization of the stated purpose: 1) systematization of the main features of the phenomenon of geopolitical strategy; 2) formulation of the essence of the concept of geopolitical strategy, which would take into account the main composition of these essential features. The research was carried out using the systematic approach and systematization method, which made it possible to identify and identify the main essential features taken into account in the interpretations, to formulate certain scientific directions (approaches) for the mentioned problems. The basic scientific approaches to interpretation are defined depending on the basic essential features which are decisive according to the views of the authors. Among the following features are: the feature of realization of geopolitical interests of subjects of international space; a sign of providing spatial benefits in the international arena; a sign of the country's ability to pursue its own geopolitical interests in the international arena; a sign of the use of the country's military force in the external spatial dimension of the country as a guideline for the development of geostrategy; a sign of the use of non-military means in the external spatial dimension of the country as a guideline for the development of geostrategy; a sign of the development of the phenomenon of geostrategy as a direction of geopolitics of the state; a sign of variability of character depending on the power management decisions. In view of the above list of features, an author's approach to the interpretation of the essence of the studied phenomenon of geostrategy was developed. It is proved that the presented definition has scientific novelty, because for the first time in its definition the basic essential features are considered, which take into account the tendencies of scientific thought and correspond to the development of this phenomenon.
