Фінансуванння розвитку "зеленої економіки" в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність та значення «зеленої економіки» як важливої складової частини сталого розвитку України. Розглянуто тенденції фінансування підприємствами витрат на охорону навколишнього природного середовища за рахунок власних коштів. Виявлено, що фінансування підприємствами екологічних витрат на природоохоронні заходи здійснюється у недостатньому обсязі внаслідок їхнього кризового фінансового стану. Розглянуто досвід зарубіжних країн стосовно формування основ і розвитку «зеленої» економіки та можливості її запровадження в Україні. Встановлено, що для успішної реалізації «зеленої економіки» підприємствам сільського господарства, промисловості та інших галузей необхідно проводити заходи з приводу раціонального використання енергоресурсів та втілення нових технологій переробки відходів.

This paper examines the essence and significance of the "green economy" as an important component of sustainable development in Ukraine. The concept of the "green" economy is an alternative to the existing economic model, which does not take into account the increase in the level of exhaustion of natural resources while increasing the need for these resources for the production of goods, which can lead to disastrous consequences for future generations. In such circumstances, there is a need to develop and use the concept of the "green" economy. The problems that hinder the formation and development of the "green" economy in Ukraine are identified. It is indicated that enterprises that conduct corporate social activities aimed at security and protecting the environment, thus stimulate the development of the "green" economy. The analysis of the financial condition of enterprises by types of economic activity (agriculture, industry, financial and insurance activities) was carried out by calculating of four coefficients. The tendencies of financing of expenses for environmental protection by enterprises of various types of economic activity (agriculture, industry, financial and insurance activities) at their own expense are considered. It is revealed that the financing of environmental expenses by the enterprises is insufficient due to their financial crisis. A correlation analysis is carried out, which is based on determining the close relationship between capital investments and current expenditures on major environmental measures and the corresponding indicators of the financial condition of enterprises by types of economic activity. The article considers the experience of foreign countries in forming the foundations and development of the "green" economy and their successful achievements in the field of "green" growth. As well, the possibility of its introduction in Ukraine. It is established that for successful implementation of the "green economy", enterprises of agriculture, industry, and other fields need to take measures on rational use of energy resources and introduction of new technologies for waste processing.
