| Abstract: | We propose an attempt to analyse, synthesise and generalise the processes of Ukrainian state-building of majestic and tragic 1917-1920-s. The author investigated the latest works of Ukrainian historical science and on this basis came to the conclusion that Ukrainian Peoples Republic (UPR) took an important place in a garland of the state-building Ukrainian histiry. |
