The distribution of foreign enterprises in Ukraine by sectors of the economy is established and analyzed. The largest investors among TNCs in the industry of Ukraine and the total inflow of foreign direct investment are identified. Analysis of foreign investment firms in manufacturing industries focused on financial and insurance activities and organizations engaged in scientific and technical activities. Based on the economic analysis, it can be seen that the Ukrainian economy offered foreign investors the opportunity to increase their capital through the use of natural resources and cheap labor. Economic reforms in Ukraine are planning to expand the transnationalization of Ukrainian businesses in order to increase their competitiveness and financial capacity. In assessing the current phase of development of Ukraine's conomonomy, it should be noted that transnationalization of conomonomy may be a mechanism that will create new priorities for socio-economic development and foreign policy. One of the main strategic goals of the state policy should be to go further than the creation of national TNCs, which will increase the efficiency of social production, the development of social cohesion. In Ukraine, most foreign companies are oriented to trade, repair, non-movement, construction and processing of raw materials, which allows them to arrive quickly. At the same time, the farms and farms were attractive to foreign investors, who brought them out from the international level. In the caucus Ukraine allowed foreign companies to enter these branches.
