Діагностика сучасного стану та приоритетні напрями розвитку малого бізнесу

Abstract

У статті пропонується розглянути особливості створення, функціонування та розвитку підприємств малого бізнесу, детально висвітлено основні проблеми та їхні особливості в Україні. Відзначено дослідження теоретичних і методологічних положень роботи на розробках провідних вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених-економістів. Додатково активізує тему дослідження робота, яка проводиться щодо залучення суб’єктів малого підприємництва до участі у виконанні державних регіональних замовлень. Рекомендовано провести оцінку зіставлення загальних тенденцій по Україні та в регіональному аспекті з метою виявлення факторів, що вплинули на структурні зміни в секторі малого підприємництва в розрізі видів економічної діяльності. Приділено увагу питанням активізації позитивних зрушень у розвитку малого підприємництва в регіонах, де залишаються ключові проблеми, що стримують розвиток підприємництва.

The article proposes to consider the peculiarities of creation, operation and development of small business enterprises. As a result of the research the current state is diagnosed and priority directions of development of small business enterprises in Ukraine are determined. Weaknesses and main trends of activity of small business enterprises are analyzed. The article also noted that the study of theoretical and methodological provisions of the work are based on general scientific principles of complex research; the basics of economic theory; the works of leading domestic and foreign scientists-economists on regional development. In order to identify the factors that influenced the structural changes in the small business sector in terms of economic activities over the studied period, it is recommended to evaluate the comparison of the general trends in Ukraine and in the regional aspect. Even despite to some positive shifts in small business development, there are still the main problems of holding back entrepreneurship in Sumy region and Ukraine. In the process of research we have considered the functioning and development of small business. It is worth noting that it cannot occur without external influence, because it is closely related to the external environment. A crucial factor for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine is the formation of an extensive infrastructure to support the development of small businesses. Effective activity of this infrastructure contributes to increasing the investment attractiveness of the regions, attracting domestic and foreign investments, and use advanced technologies. Attention is paid to the issues of intensification of investment activity in substantiation of the basic tendencies of development of small enterprises. In this regard, it is recommended to analyze the factors of investment attractiveness of the regions, to propose measures to attract financial resources to make real investments at the regional level, which will facilitate the development and development of small business enterprises. In addition, the work on attracting small business entities to participate in the execution of state regional orders is further enhanced by the research topic. It is recommended to evaluate the comparison of the general trends in Ukraine and in the regional aspect in order to identify the factors that influenced the structural changes in the small business sector in terms of economic activities. Activation of positive developments in the development of small business in regions where are problems that hinder the development of entrepreneurship is addressed on the full extent of this article.
