Теоретичні аспекти економічної безпеки сучасного підприємства: наукові підходи до тлумачення базової категорії

Abstract

В даному науковому дослідженні розглядається питання щодо обґрунтованості сучасних наукових підходів до тлумачення категорії «економічна безпека підприємства». Автором проведено оглядовий аналіз результатів роботи вітчизняних науковців щодо систематизації наукових підходів до визначення вищезазначеної категорії, з урахуванням сучасних викликів. Означено слабкі сторони виділених підходів. Схематично показано місце економічної безпеки підприємства в системі управління підприємством. Висловлена думка стосовно раціональності використання функціонального підходу до трактування категорії «економічна безпека підприємства». Побудовано граф базової моделі понятійного структурування категорії «економічна безпека підприємства», на базі якого запропоновано трактування терміну «економічна безпека трансформаційних перетворень». За результатами даної роботи зроблено відповідні висновки та означені напрями подальших наукових досліджень.

This scientific study addresses the question of the validity of modern scientific approaches to the interpretation of the economic category of the category "economic security of the enterprise". The relevance of the direction of this scientific research is substantiated by the high level of interest of the modern enterprise in ensuring the security of business, the need to organize an effective system of protection of its interests and the presence of uncertainty regarding terminology in scientific ap- proaches to the formation of the economic security of the enterprise, which operates in the conditions of active transformational transformations. The author reviews the results of the work of national scientists on the systematization of scientific approaches to the definition of the above category, taking into account the current challenges. The weaknesses of the selected approaches are identified. The author draws attention to the fact that the use of various wastes in the interpretation of economic categories is linked to the goals and objectives of specific scientific research and has the right to exist. It is stated that the economic security system should not “replace” the enterprise management system by performing its functions. The place of economic security of the enterprise in the enterprise management system is shown schematically. According to the author, the interpretation of the category "economic security of the enterprise" should be concise, briefly and accurately convey the main content of the category to the user. It is suggested in the interpretation of this category to separate the essence of security from the need to provide appropriate management functions. The opinion was expressed regarding the rationality of using a functional approach to the interpretation of the category "economic security of the enterprise". The graph of the basic model of conceptual structuring of the category "economic security of the enterprise" is constructed, on the basis of which the author's vision on interpretation of the term "economic security of the enterprise in the conditions of transformational transformations" is proposed. According to the results of this work, relevant conclusions are drawn and directions for further scientific research are outlined.
