Abstract

The given article is devoted to the problem of establishment of the royal town in Transcarpathia in the 13 th.-14 th. centuries on the basic of well known and unknown sources and some royal deeds that were partially introduced into scientcific cirkulation. Scientific works of the Uzhgorod State University historians as well as periodical articles are used in the diven inverstigation. The autor of the article comes to the conclusion that “The Sevlysh Law” has greatly, in fluenced the development of economic and legal systems of Transkarpathia in the 13 th-14 th. centuries. Such 5 royal Maramoros town as Khust, Thychiv, Vyshkovo, Syhot, Dovge Pole have hot the modified “Sevlysh Law”. But they haven’t achived Such Succes as Uzhgorod, Beregovo and Mukachevo. The last ones have got Magdeburg Law.
