Формування та оцінка ланцюгів інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств зв’язку

Abstract

У статті узагальнено і розвинено наукові підходи до формування та оцінки ланцюгів інформаційно-кому- нікаційного забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств звʼязку, уточнено їхню мету, функції, особливості та типи, обґрунтовано завдання, критерії та індикатори оцінки ланцюгів інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення економіч- ної безпеки підприємств звʼязку та аргументовано їх обʼєднання в локальну захищену мережу, виявлено чинники їхньої ефективності, акцентовано, що така оцінка має здійснюватися між усіма контактними аудиторіями та структурними одиницями на різних рівнях їхньої взаємодії. Ефективність функціонування ланцюгів інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств звʼязку залежить від швидкості, точності, захищеності інформаційних потоків та ступеня їхньої цінності, що зумовлює вибір відповідних взаємодій та мереж і зумовлюється кількістю кон- тактних аудиторій, каналів зв’язку і характером взаємодії.

The article summarizes and develops scientific approaches to the formation and evaluation of chains of information and communication support for the economic safety of communications enterprises, clarifies their purpose, functions, features and types, substantiated tasks, criteria and indicators for evaluating the chains of information and communication support for the economic safety of communications enterprises and substantiates their associations in a local secure network, factors of their effectiveness are identified, it is emphasized that such an assessment should be carried out between all contact audits iyami and rukturnimy units at different levels of interaction.
