Abstract

У статті проаналізовано концепції та підходи в трактуванні взаємозв’язку комунікативних та політичних процесів. Визначено, що розвиток нових форм політичної комунікації суттєво впливає на динаміку політичної трансформації суспільства, створює додаткові можливості для демократичного реформування. Розкриті специфічні риси та обмеження інформаційно-комунікативних впливів сучасного суспільства.

The article analyzes the concepts and approaches in the treatment of the relationship of communication and political processes. Determined that the development of new forms of political communication influences the dynamics of political transformation of society creates additional opportunities for democratic reform. Disclosed specific features and limitations of information and communication influences of modern society.
