Династично-шлюбна політика Владислава ІІ Ягеллона (1471-1516)

Abstract

У статті розкрита династично-шлюбна політика Владислава ІІ Ягеллона. Крізь призму трьох політичних шлюбів висвітлено внутрішньо- і зовнішньополітичні орієнтири короля. Окрему увагу приділено Габсбурсько-Ягеллонським відносинам та їх династичним намірам у Центрально-Східному регіоні Європи. Укладений матримоніальний пакт між Ягеллонами та Габсбургами завершив протистояння за чесько-угорський трон. Смерть Людовіка ІІ Ягеллона у битві при Могачі припинила чесько-угорську лінію династії Ягеллонів, що призвело до утвердження в Угорському і Чеському королівствах династії Габсбургів.

The dynastic-marriage policy of Vladislaus II Jagiellon is revealed in this article. The domestic and foreign policy orientations of the king are described through the prism of three political marriages. Particular attention is paid to the Habsburg-Jagiellonian relations and their dynastic intentions in the Central-Eastern Europe. The concluded matrimonial pact between Jagiellon and Habsburg put the end to the opposition of the Czech-Hungarian throne. The death of Louis II Jagiellon in the Battle of Mohacs discontinued the Czech-Hungarian line of the Jagiellon dynasty which led to the establishment of the Habsburg dynasty in the Hungarian and Czech kingdoms.
