Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню взаємозв’язку державної споживчої політики та державної політики у сфері захисту прав споживачів. Проаналізовано кількісні по- казники адміністративних правопорушень у сфері захисту прав споживачів. Метою статті є уточнення теоретико-методичних аспектів та розробка практичних рекомен- дацій щодо покращення нормативно-правового забезпечення державного управлін- ня захистом прав споживачів. Ключові слова: споживчі витрати, державна споживча політика, захист прав споживачів, адміністративні порушення у сфері захисту прав споживачів.

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship of state consumer policy and state policy in the field of consumer rights protection. The quantitative indicators of administrative offenses in the field of consumer rights protection are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to clarify the theoretical and methodological aspects and to develop practical recommendations for improving the legal and regulatory framework for state administration of consumer protection.
