Abstract

У статті досліджено основні доктринальні джерела наукових досліджень кон- ституційного права людини на таємницю кореспонденції, телефонних розмов, те- леграфної та іншої кореспонденції та його забезпечення шляхом аналізу сучасного стану та перспективи їх розвитку в Україні. The article examines the main doctrinal sources of scientific research on the constitutional human right to correspondence, telephone conversations, telegraph and other correspondence, and its provision by analyzing the current state and prospects for their development in Ukraine.
