РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРАВА ЛЮДИНИ НА ДОСТУП ДО ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ ШЛЯХОМ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАПИТУ

Abstract

У статті розкривається питання реалізації права людини на доступ до екологічної інформації шляхом інформаційного запиту. Визначається перелік нормативно-пра- вових актів та міжнародних договорів у цій сфері. Методологічну основу дослідження складають загальнонаукові методи наукового пізнання, такі як комплексний та між- дисциплінарний. Визначаються основні передумови та потреби реалізації права лю- дини на екологічну інформацію шляхом інформаційного запиту. Робиться висновок щодо впливу інформаційного запиту на доступ до екологічної інформації в Україні. Обговорюється базис національного та міжнародного законодавства у сфері доступу до екологічної інформації. The article discloses the issue of the implementation of human rights to environmental information through an information request. Methods of research: the list of normative legal acts and international agreements in this field is determined. The methodological basis of the research comprise general scientific methods of scientific knowledge, such as integrated and interdisciplinary. Results: the main preconditions and requirements for the implementation of human rights to environmental information are determined by means of an information request. Conclusion is made regarding the impact of the information request for access to environmental information in Ukraine. Discussion: the basis of national and international legislation in the field of access to environmental information.
