КЕРІВНІ ПРИНЦИПИ ПРАВА ОСОБИ НА ОХОРОНУ ЗДОРОВ’Я В КОНСТИТУЦІЯХ ЗАРУБІЖНИХ КРАЇН

Abstract

Статтю присвячено висвітленню керівних принципів права особи на охорону здоров’я в конституціях зарубіжних країни, передусім – державах – членах Європей- ського Союзу. Визначено поняття та сутність принципів права на охорону здоров’я; проведено аналіз конституційних принципів права на охорону здоров’я в деяких за- рубіжних державах, а також основоположних засад, визначених міжнародними ор- ганізаціями. Розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення конституційних принципів права на охорону здоров’я в Україні. Ключові слова: принципи, конституційне право, охорона здоров’я, зарубіжні країни.

The article is devoted to highlighting the guidelines of the right to health care in the constitutions of foreign countries, especially the states-members of the European Union. The concept and essence of the principles of the right to health protection are defined; an analysis of the constitutional principles of the right to health protection in some foreign countries, as well as the fundamental principles defined by international organizations, was conducted. Proposals on the improvement of the constitutional principles of the right to health care in Ukraine have been developed. Key words: principles, constitutional law, health care, foreign countries.
