КОНСТИТУЦІЙНИЙ СУД УКРАЇНИ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ДЕМОКРАТИЗАЦІЇ СУСПІЛЬНИХ ВІДНОСИН

Abstract

Досліджено основні напрямки реалізації Конституційним Судом України власних повноважень. Визначена природа та характер діяльності і рішень Конституційного Суду України. Розглянуто основні форми звернення в Конституційний Суд. Прове- дено аналіз інституту конституційної скарги. Розкрито особливості конституційного провадження та значимість рішень Конституційного Суду при розгляді такої скарги. Ключові слова: Конституційний Суд України, конституційна скарга, конституційне звернення, преюдиція, судове рішення.

The main directions of implementation of the own powers by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are investigated. The nature and nature of the activities and decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are determined. The main forms of appeal to the Constitutional Court are considered. The analysis of the institute of constitutional complaint. The features of constitutional proceedings and the significance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court when considering such a complaint are disclosed.
