Abstract:	Статтю присвячено проблемі якісного формування понятійно-категоріального апарату науки конституційного права. На основі системного аналізу філологічних, філософських, політичних та юридичних джерел зформульовано поняття «правовий обов’язок держави». Це поняття стало теоретико-правовою і методологічною основами для формулювання поняття «конституційні обов’язки держави». Розкрито правову сутність наведених понять. The article is devoted to the problem of qualitative formation of the conceptual-categorial apparatus of the science of constitutional law. Based on the systematic analysis of philological, philosophical, political and legal sources, the concept of «the legal duty of the state» is formulated. This concept became a theoretical, legal and methodological basis for the formulation of the concept of «constitutional duties of the state». The legal essence of the above concepts is disclosed.
