суб’єктів федерації, ієрархію джерел права та ін. Автор також звертає увагу на
вплив державної форми Югославії на розподіл повноважень між її суб’єктами.
Розглянуто реалізацію принципу рівноправності націй Югославії. The article is devoted to the study of the basic provisions of the Constitution of Yugoslavia of 1974, which define the legal status of federal and republican subjects of the federation, the hierarchy of sources of law, and others. The author also draws attention to the influence of the form of the Yugoslav state on the division of powers between its subjects. The implementation of the principle of equality of nations of Yugoslavia is considered. |
