ФУНКЦІЇ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ ПАРТІЙ ТА ПРОБЛЕМИ ЇХ ВИКОНАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти функцій політичних партій та їх законодавча регламентація. Здійснено аналіз наукових підходів на доктринальному рівні обсягу, змісту та суті функцій політичних партій. Обґрунтована необхідність закріплення на законодавчому рівні юридичної відповідальності осіб, які обрані на посаду Президента України чи народним депутатом України за невідповідність їх практичної діяльності положенням політичних програм і передвиборних платформ.

The article investigates the theoretical aspects of the functions of political parties and their legislative regulation. The analysis of scientific approaches at the doctrinal level of the volume, content and essence of functions of political parties is carried out. The necessity of consolidation at the legislative level of legal responsibility of persons elected to the post of President of Ukraine or people's deputy of Ukraine for the inconsistency of their practical activity with the provisions of political programs and election platforms is substantiated.
