| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано реалізацію конституційного права на професійну
правничу допомогу при здійсненні правосуддя. Показано зміни у законодавчій
базі. Визначено основні складові дефініцій «правова допомога» та «професійна
правнича допомога». Вивчено функції адвоката у реалізації названих процесів. The article analyzes the implementation of the constitutional right to professional legal assistance in the administration of justice. Changes in the legislative base are shown. The basic components of definitions "legal aid" and "professional legal assistance" are determined. The functions of the lawyer in the implementation of the mentioned processes were studied. |
