АНАЛІЗ ПРОБЛЕМ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ АДАПТАЦІЇ ВНУТРІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ ТА ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА РОЗВИТОК МІСЬКИХ ГРОМАД

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему адаптації внутрішніх переселенців зі схід- них регіонів України у різних аспектах: соціальному, правовому та економічному. Визначено негативні та позитивні чинники, що впливають на соціально-психоло- гічну адаптацію внутрішньо переміщених осіб у Покровському районі. Розглянуто феномен вимушеної міграції. Конкретизовано, що у структурі вимушених пере- селенців переважають жінки, що ускладнює процес їх соціального захисту та працевлаштування. Встановлено, що для вирішення проблеми вимушених пере- селенців потрібна взаємодія держави, місцевих громад та соціальна активність самих переселенців.

The article analyzes the problem of adaptation of internally displaced persons from the Eastern regions of Ukraine in different aspects: social, legal and economic. Identified positive and negative factors affecting socio-psychological adaptation of internally displaced persons in the Pokrovsk area. The phenomenon of forced migration is considered. Specified that the structure of IDPs is dominated by women, which complicates the process of their social protection and employment. It is established that in order to solve the problem of forced migrants, the interaction of the state, local communities and social activity of the migrants themselves is required.
