ПРИНЦИПИ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ВЗАЄМОВІДНОСИН ОРГАНІВ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ВЛАДИ ТА ГРОМАДСЬКИХ ОБ’ЄДНАНЬ

Abstract

У статті авторкою здійснено аналіз принципів регулювання взаємовідносин органів державної влади та громадських об’єднань. Статтю присвячено визна- ченню місця та ролі принципів у регулюванні взаємовідносин органів держав- ної влади, посадовців і представників громадських організацій, обґрунтовано та розширено декілька базових принципів такої ефективної взаємодії. На основі аналізу законодавства, міжнародного досвіду та досліджень правників наведена характеристика таких принципів.

In the article the author analyzes the principles of regulation of relations between public authorities and public associations. The article is devoted to the definition of the place and role of principles in regulating the relations between public authorities, officials and representatives of public organizations, substantiating and expanding several basic principles for such an effective interaction. The description of the principles is revealed based on the analysis of legislation, international experience and lawyers’ studies.
