| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються поняття й види принципів функціонування виконавчої
влади. Сформульовано ознаки принципів виконавчої влади. Їх поділено на два
види: загальні (конституційні) і спеціальні. До останніх віднесено законність, де-
мократизм, відкритість і прозорість, пріоритет прав і свобод людини. The article deals with the concepts and types of principles of the executive authorities’ functioning. Тhe types of principles is distinguished from such as general (constitutional) and special. The latter include: legality, democracy, openness and transparency, the priority of human rights and freedoms. |
