ДО ПИТАННЯ ПРО СОЦІАЛЬНУ СУТНІСТЬ ОБОВ’ЯЗКІВ ДЕРЖАВИ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі соціальної сутності держави та її обов’язків. Установлено, що соціальна сутність обов’язків держави полягає в задоволенні потреб суспільства. Доведено, що обов’язки держави сформувалися в соціумі, вони об’єктивно існують (незалежно від їх унормування в правових актах), без них не може існувати сама держава, оскільки втрачається соціальний сенс її буття.

The article is devoted the problem of social essence of the state and his duties. It is set that social essence of duties of the state consists in satisfaction of necessities of society. It is well-proven that the duties of the state were formed in society, they objectively exist regardless of their setting of norms in legal acts, without them there can not be the state, as sense of his existence is lost.
