| Abstract: | У статті досліджується питання доступу та реалізації права на медичну допомогу вну-
трішньо переміщених осіб. Виявлені проблеми, з якими стикаються внутрішньо переміщені
особи. В Україні право на медичну допомогу мають особи, які досягли 14 років, у тому числі
й внутрішньо переміщені особи. Доступ до неї для всіх має бути однаковий, без дискримі-
нації. Проблеми, які виникають, можуть бути врегульовані на місці під час звертання такими
особами за медичною допомогою. This article examines the issue of access and the right to medical assistance to internally displaced persons. Detecting problems faced by internally displaced persons. In Ukraine the right to medical care with a person under 14 years, including internally displaced persons. Access it all should be equal without discrimination. The problems that arise can be handled in place during an appeal for medical help by internally displaced persons. |
