індивідуальні муніципально-правові договори. The article is devoted to the concept and features of municipal-legal treaties. The relation of the terms "municipal-legal agreement", "normative agreement" and "administrative contract" is analyzed. The municipal-legal agreement relates to the legal acts of bodies and officials of local self-government and according to the legal nature it is proposed to divide into normative and individual municipal-legal agreements. |
