РЕФОРМУВАННЯ ІНСТИТУТУ ПРИВАТНИХ ОСІБ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ДЕЛЕГОВАНИХ ПОВНОВАЖЕНЬ ЯК КРОК ДО ЄВРОПЕЇЗАЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПОБУТОВИМИ ВІДХОДАМИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню перспектив реформування інституту приватних осіб суб’єктів делегованих повноважень як суб’єктів управління побутовими відходами в Україні. На підставі проведеного дослідження автор окреслює перелік заходів, які необхідно здійснити, аби приватні особи змогли набувати статусу суб’єктів делегованих повноважень і могли вільно долучатися до реалізації функції публічної адміністрації з управління побутовими відходами в Україні.

The article is devoted to the study of the prospects of reforming the institution of private individuals of the subjects of delegated authority, as subjects of household waste management in Ukraine. On the basis of the study, the author defines a list of tasks that need to be carried out so that individuals can acquire the status of subjects of delegated authority and could be freely involved in the implementation of the function of public administration for household waste management in Ukraine.
