| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано суспільно-правові аспекти функціонування української мови в освіті, визначено відповідність статті 7 «Мова освіти» Закону України
«Про освіту» статті 10 і частині 5 статті 53 Конституції України, а також Гаазьким
рекомендаціям щодо прав національних меншин на освіту. Узято до уваги суспільнополітичну ситуацію й соціально-культурні аспекти функціонування української мови
як державної. The article analyzes the socio-legal aspects of the functioning of the Ukrainian language in education, and the conformity of Article 7 “Language of Education” of the Law of Ukraine “On Education” with Article 53 (5) of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Hague Recommendations on the Rights of National Minorities to Education. The socio-political situation and socio-cultural aspects of functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state are taken into account. |
