Україні. Створення такого органу зачіпає гострі питання правових реалій та потребує ретельного дослідження. Сьогодні йде активний процес обговорення питань щодо створення такого органу. Пріоритетними цілями, які ставлять перед таким інститутом в перспективі, є забезпечення прав і свобод людини, їх ефективний захист і поновлення. This article discusses the prospects for the creation of the Institute of Information Commissioner in Ukraine. Creating such a body touches sensitive issues and legal realities requires careful study. Today there is an active process of discussions on the creation of such a body. The priority objectives that are set for such an institution in the long term is to ensure human rights and freedoms and their effective protection and recovery. |
