ЮРИДИЧНА ОЦІНКА ПРАВОВОЇ ПОЗИЦІЇ РЕЛІГІЙНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ У СВІТЛІ КОНСТИТУЦІЙНОЇ РЕФОРМИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті аналізується зміст пропозицій релігійних організацій щодо внесення змін до Конституції України. Обґрунтовується доцільність внесення змін до статей, які регламентують право людини на життя, забезпечення права таємниці сповіді та свободу світогляду та віросповідання в Україні. Доводиться, що декларування системи особистих прав людини в Конституції України є визначальним фактором у процесі формування в державі громадянського суспільства і дає змогу пристосувати чинне національне законодавство до вимог європейського співтовариства.

The article analyzes the contents of the proposals of religious organizations to amend the Constitution of Ukraine. The expediency of amending the articles that regulate the right for life, the right to ensure the secrecy of confession, freedom of personal philosophy and religion is substantiated. It is proved, that the system of personal declaration of human rights in the Constitution of Ukraine is the determining factor in the formation of a civil society and makes it possible to adapt existing legislation to the requirements of the European community.
