| Abstract: | Автор статті розглянув новітні підходи щодо прав людини та механізму їх реалізації. Звертається увага на одне з прав четвертого покоління – право на евтаназію. Досліджено історичний розвиток і конституційно-правове закріплення евтаназії в зарубіжних країнах. The article discussed the latest approaches to human rights and mechanisms for their implementation. Attention is drawn to one of the fourth generation of rights – the right to euthanasia. Studies the historical development and the constitutional and legal form of euthanasia in foreign countries. |
