ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНЕ ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ В КОНТЕКСТІ ТЕОРІЙ ПУБЛІЧНОГО І ПРИВАТНОГО ІНТЕРЕСУ

Abstract

У статті наведено характеристику індивідуального правового регулювання в контексті теорій суспільного і приватного інтересів у регулюванні суспільних відносин. Такий вид регулювання спрямований на врегулювання конкретних ситуацій, які вимагають юридичного дозволу й адресовані персонально певним суб’єктам. Констатовано, що за допомогою індивідуальних правових актів відбувається встановлення, зміна або припинення юридичних прав і обов’язків учасників суспільних відносин в індивідуальному порядку.

The article describes the characteristics of individual law regulation in the context of the theories of public and private interests of law regulation. This regulation is aimed at resolving specific situations that require legal permission and are addressed to personally identified entities. It was ascertained that with the help of individual legal acts there is an establishment, modification or termination of the legal rights and duties of participants in public relations individually.
