осіб, територіальних громад і держав. Відповідні процеси автор пропонує позначати терміном «динаміка індивідуальної правової суб’єктності». Також у статті описаний загальний алгоритм змін, властивий кожній індивідуальній
правовій суб’єктності. The article deals with issues concerning to the changes that are constantly occurring in the individual legal subjectity of individuals, territorial communities and the states. The author proposes to use the term “dynamics of individual legal subjectity” for to denote the corresponding processes. At the same time the article describes the general algorithm of changes inherent in each individual legal subjectity. |
