ГАРАНТОВАНЕ КОНСТИТУЦІЄЮ УКРАЇНИ ПРАВО ОСОБИ НА ОХОРОНУ ЗДОРОВ’Я У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНОЇ МЕДИЧНОЇ РЕФОРМИ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми провадження в Україні медичної реформи у контексті збереження гарантованого Конституцією України права особи на охорону здоров’я. Проаналізовано основні напрямки та положення медичної реформи та визначено, яким чином ця реформа може позначитися на забезпеченні конституційного права особи на охорону здоров’я. Розроблено авторські пропозиції щодо удосконалення деяких положень медичної реформи з метою збереження гарантованого Конституцією України права особи на охорону здоров’я у повному обсязі.

The article is devoted to the issue of the implementation of medical reform in Ukraine in the context of preserving the right of a person to health protection guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine. The main directions and provisions of medical reform are analyzed and it is determined how this reform can affect the provision of the constitutional right of the person to health care. Authors’ suggestions on the improvement of some provisions of medical reform have been developed in order to preserve the full body of the person’s right to health protection guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine.
