| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань розподілу обов’язку доказування в цивільному судочинстві. Проаналізовано поняття «обов’язок доказування» та критерії його визначення. Автор звертає увагу на відсутність відповідальності за недотримання обов’язку доказування. The article is devoted to the study of distribution of the burden of proof in civil legal proceedings. An analysis of the concept of the duty of proof and the criteria for its determination is made. The author draws attention to the lack of responsibility for failure to fulfill the burden of proof. |
