ПРАВОВА ПРИРОДА САМОЗАХИСТУ ЦИВІЛЬНИХ ПРАВ ЯК ЗАСІБ ПРОТИДІЇ ЦИВІЛЬНИМ ПРАВОПОРУШЕННЯМ

Abstract

У статті досліджуються актуальні питання правової природи самозахисту цивiльних прав: науковi пiдходи до визначення поняття самозахисту, способи як елементи самозахисту, а також його ознаки. Розглядаються науковi дискусії з цього приводу, за результатами досліджень яких робляться власнi науковi висновки.

In the article the topical issues of the legal nature of self-defense of civil rights are studied: scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of self-defense, methods as elements of self-defense, and its signs. The scientific discussions on this subject are considered, and on the basis of the research own scientific conclusions are made.
