КОНСТИТУЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ОБ’ЄДНАННЯ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЇ ГРОМАДИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню конституційно-правового забезпечення об’єднання територіальної громади в Україні. Проведено аналіз актів європейського та національного законодавства у сфері регулювання об’єднання територіальної громади. На підставі проведеного науково-правового аналізу розроблено пропозиції щодо напрямів удосконалення конституційного законодавства в означеній сфері.

The article is devoting the study of the constitutional and legal provision of the association of a territorial community in Ukraine. The analysis of acts of European and national legislation in the field of regulating the association of the territorial community has been carried out. On the basis of the conducted scientific-legal analysis, proposals have been developed regarding the areas of improvement of the constitutional legislation in the specified sphere.
