ОСНОВНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ ПІДСТАВ ПРИМУСОВОГО ПРИПИНЕННЯ МАЙНОВИХ ПРАВ НА ЗЕМЕЛЬНІ ДІЛЯНКИ

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні підходи до класифікації підстав припинення майнових прав на земельні ділянки, а також у зв’язку з цим окреслено неузгодженість норм окремих законодавчих актів, що регулюють зазначені відносини. За результатами дослідження обґрунтовано авторську позицію щодо основних підходів до класифікації підстав примусового припинення майнових прав на земельні ділянки.

In the article the main approaches to the classification of grounds for the termination of property rights to land plots have been analyzed, as well as, in this connection, the inconsistency of the norms of certain legislative acts governing these relations have been outlined. According to the results of the research, the author's position on the basic approaches to the classification of grounds for the forced termination of property rights to land plots have been substantiated.
