Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності категорій «злиття» та «приєднання» у національному та іноземному законодавстві. Автором проаналізовано положення нормативно-правових актів Європейського Союзу, Великобританії та США, які закріплюють визначення понять «злиття» та «приєднання». Автором також досліджено питання співвідношення категорій «злиття», «приєднання» та «поглинання» в українському та зарубіжному законодавстві.

The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the categories «merger» and «acquisition» in the national and foreign legislation. The author analyzes the provisions of the legal acts of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, which set the definitions of the concepts of «merger» and «acquisition». The author also investigated questions of correlation of categories «merger», «acquisition» and «takeover» in the Ukrainian and foreign legislation.
