Transhumanism and anthropologic-legal dimension: the main tendencies of influence

Abstract

У статті досліджуються наукові підходи до визначення сутності трансгуманістичного світогляду, визначаються його основні риси. Висвітлюються також основні тенденції впливу трансгуманістичних ідей на антропологічно-правову сферу. Зокрема, проаналізовано, що швидкісний розвиток науки та техніки та їх досягнення зачіпають усі сфери суспільного життя, ставлячи перед людством нові виклики. Трансгуманістична філософія впливає на зміну ціннісної системи людини, оновлення концепції прав людини, появу нових прав і обов’язків у структурі правового статусу особи.

The article explores the scientific approaches to determining the essence of a transhumanist worldview. There have been identified its main features. The main tendencies of the influence of transhumanist ideas on anthropologic-legal sphere are also covered. In particular, it has been analyzed that the rapid development of science and technology and their achievements affect all spheres of public life, posing new challenges to the humanity. Transhumanist philosophy impacts on the change of the human value system, the renewal of the concept of human rights, the emergence
