Педагогічні основи формування професійної компетентності у майбутніх учителів фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті висвітлено зміст дефініцій «компетентність», «компетенція», їх взаємозв’язок, опрацьовано низку науково-педагогічних розвідок. Вивчалися позиції вчених щодо шляхів формування професійної компетентності у здобувачів освіти та акцентовано увагу на понятті «професійна компетентність» майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Узагальнено, що «компетентність» ‒ це здатність до певного виду діяльності на основі набутих практичних умінь та сформованих цінностей; «компетенція» ‒ стандартизована сума знань з певної галузі; «професійна компетентність» передбачає здатність до майбутньої діяльності, що включає комплекс знань, умінь, досвіду в процесі практичної підготовки, професійно значущих для вчителя якостей, набутих цінностей. Упровадження нового Стандарту вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня ступеня вищої освіти «бакалавр» галузі знань 01 «Освіта/Педагогіка» спеціальності 017 «Фізична культура і спорт» ставить нові завдання у підготовці майбутніх фахівців. Визначено компетентності, яких мають набути здобувачі освіти, серед яких – інтегральна, загальні та спеціальні (фахові, предметні); теоретичний зміст предметної галузі з-поміж інших передбачає комплекс знань з основ педагогіки. Метою дослідження стало з’ясування педагогічних засад формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Серед завдань такі: визначити зміст компетентностей відповідно до Стандарту; репрезентувати результати педагогічного дослідження; запропонувати окремі методи формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Методи наукового дослідження: спостереження, анкетування. У процесі роботи автором апробувалися й упроваджувалися інноваційні методи навчання, не залишивши поза увагою традиційні. Урізноманітнювалися структурні частини лекційних занять методами сінемалогії, ґронування, відеопрезентацій тощо. У змісті практичних занять застосовано методи: професійно-графічний, сенкан, дискусії, «Ні, стереотипам», тематичний флешмоб. З’ясовано, що такий підхід дав змогу студентам набути професійних компетенцій, практичних умінь з метою їх подальшого застосування. Перспектива подальших досліджень вбачається у розробці методичних рекомендацій до самостійної роботи студентів за спеціальністю. The article shows the defi of the terms “competence”, “competency”, their interrelation. Also, a number of scientifi and pedagogical explorations was processed. The positions of scientists on the ways of formation of professional competence in students were studied and attention was paid to the concept of “professional competence» of future teachers of physical education. Generally speaking, “competence” is the ability to perform a particular activity on the basis of acquired practical skills and values (more work-related concept); whilst “competency” means the standardized amount of knowledge in a particular fi (more person-related concept); “professional competence” implies the ability to perform future activities successfully. This term includes a complex of knowledge of skills, experience gained in the process of practical training and professionally important qualities, acquired values that are vital for the teacher. Implementation of the new Standard of Higher Education of the fi (Bachelor) level of higher education in the fi of knowledge 01 “Education/ Pedagogy” of specialty 017 “Physical education and sport” sets new tasks in the training of future specialists. The competences to be acquired by the students are defi among them: integral, general and special (professional, subject-related); theoretical content of the subject area that among others provides a complex knowledge of the basics of pedagogy. The purpose of the study was to clarify the pedagogical principles/foundations of the formation of professional competence in future teachers of physical education. Among the tasks were the following: to determine the content of competences in accordance with the Standard of Higher Education; to represent the results of pedagogical research; to offer separate methods of formation of professional competence in future teachers of physical education. Methods of scientifi research were: observation, questioning. In the process of the research, the author tried and implemented innovative teaching methods, without neglecting the traditional ones. Structural parts of lectures were being developed and enhanced by various methods: cinematology, bidding (envisaged the creation of associations), video presentations and so on. In the content of the practical classes the following methods were applied: professional-graphic, senkan, discussions, “No, stereotypes”, thematic fl mob. It was found that this approach allowed students to acquire professional competences and practical skills for their further application. The prospect of further researches is seen in the development of methodological recommendations for independent work of students in the specialty.
