Abstract: У статті розкрито застосування активних методів навчання в педагогіці вищої школи. Акцентовано увагу на Законі України «Про вищу освіту», в якому визначено сучасні тенденції в підготовці майбутніх фахівців, що спрямовані на формування компетентної, комунікативно підготовленої особистості, здатної до майбутньої професійної діяльності. У зв’язку з цим окреслено обов’язки науково-педагогічних, наукових і педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти, серед яких: забезпечення викладання на високому науково-теоретичному й методичному рівні навчальних дисциплін, підвищення професійного рівня, педагогічної майстерності. З’ясовано, що законодавчі вимоги до підготовки фахівців зумовлюють докорінні зміни в організації освітнього процесу, які повинні спрямовуватись не тільки на вироблення в студентів навичок до навчально-пізнавальної діяльності, а й уміння застосовувати їх у конкретних життєвих ситуаціях, прагнення до конкурентоспроможності. Такий підхід вимагає використання в практиці роботи закладів вищої освіти різноманітних методів навчання, зокрема активних, які удосконалили б освітню діяльність майбутніх фахівців. Проаналізовано науково-педагогічні розвідки з означеної проблеми, які підтверджують позицію вчених, що підготовка здобувачів освіти повинна здійснюватися на основі застосування таких методів навчання, які зацікавлять їх, активізують самостійність думок, сприятимуть засвоєнню матеріалу на рівні власної пізнавальної діяльності. З’ясовано, що активні методи навчання – це методи, спрямовані на активізацію освітньої діяльності студентів, вироблення умінь самостійного оперативного вирішення ними практичних завдань, зокрема професійних, опановування компетентностями. Сформульовано мету статті ‒ розкрити практику застосування активних методів навчання у вищій школі в процесі викладання дисципліни «Педагогіка фізичного виховання та спорту». Запропоновано окремі методи, що використовувалися в процесі науково-педагогічної діяльності, описано процес їхнього застосування. Серед них: метод дискусії, метод прогнозування подальших дій, редукований метод, «Шанс», «Піраміда понять», квазіпрофесійні завдання, «Коло висновків». Встановлено, що використання активних методів навчання сприяло формуванню професійної компетентності в майбутніх педагогів. In the article the implementation of active methods of teaching in pedagogy of higher education is revealed. Attention is paid to the Law of Ukraine “On higher education”, in which modern tendencies of training of future specialists (that are aimed at the formation of competent and communicational-ready personality, who is also able to do professional activity) are determined. In relation to that, duties of scientific-pedagogical workers of higher education institutions are outlined, among them – ensuring the teaching at high scientific-theoretical and methodical level, improvement of the professional level and pedagogical skills. It has been found out that the legal requirements for the training of specialists lead to fundamental changes in the organization of the educational process, which should be directed not only to developing students’ skills for educational and cognitive activity, but also the ability to apply them in specific life situations, the desire for competitiveness. This approach requires the usage of a variety of teaching methods in the work of higher education institutions, in particular those methods that would improve the educational activity of future specialists. The scientific and pedagogical explorations and researches on the problem are analyzed. They confirm the scientists` point of view that the training of specialists should be carried out on the basis of the usage of such teaching methods, that would interest students and activate the independence of thoughts, promote the assimilation of the material at the level of their own cognitive activity. It has been found out that active teaching methods are methods aimed at activating students’ educational activity, developing the skills of independent and prompt resolution of problems, professional in particular and mastering competences. The aim of the article is formulated – to reveal the implementation of active teaching methods in higher education in the process of teaching the subject “Pedagogy of physical education and sport”. Some methods, that were used in the process of scientific-pedagogical activity are offered. The process of their implementation is described. Among them: method of discussion, method of foreseeing, reduced method (students are co-authors of the lecture), “Chance”, “Pyramid of Concepts”, quasi-professional tasks, “Circle of Conclusions”. It was also discovered that the usage of active teaching methods contributed to the formation of professional competence in future teachers.
