| Abstract: | У статті представлені дані, щодо особливостей стану гіпофізарно-тиреоїдної системи при прееклампсії на тлі йододефіциту. Встановлено, що прееклампсія супроводжується посиленням процесів декомпенсації у тиреоїдній системі залежно від ступеня йододефіциту. При веденні вагітних із прееклампсією в умовах природної нестачі йоду слід проводити у всіх вагітних оцінку функції щитоподібної залози з метою своєчасної діагностики гіпотиреозу. | Description: | The article presents data characterizing peculiarities of the pituitary-thyroid system in preeclampsia or background iodine deficiency. Established that preeclampsia is accompanied by increased decompensation processes in thyroid system depending on the degree of iodine deficiency. When administered pregnant women with preeclampsia in conditions of natural iodine deficiency should be performed in all pregnant assessment of thyroid function with the purpose of early diagnosis of hypothyroidism.
